Lightbridge 2/A3 Compass - Capture not displaying battery percentage

I am employing an M600 plate with Lightbridge 2 and A3 compass with a third party battery.
Both DJI Go and DJI GS Pro recognize the battery level but Capture doss not and will not allow a the mission to go despite green checks on everything else.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello,

We don’t support the integration of any third party components other then the one that is officially supported by the Pix4Dcapture app. This might be the reason that the battery percentage is not shown in the app.
