license for Pix4Dmapper doesn't work on recently rebooted PC

Hello, I write because my University bought 2 licenses for the software Pix4Dmapper, but up to now, it only works on one of the 2 devices I would like to use at this end. I suspect the fact that the second computer was recently rebooted and thus the license doesn’t work on this one. Would you know if a possible solution would be to deactivate the license for this PC and the to reactivate it?
