I am wonder, that is possible to export 3d pdf with selected shades, i.e. Thermal shade?

there is no such export of 3D PDF with selected thermalshades, directly from Pix4Dmapper. The software does support exporting a 3D Textured Mesh in a 3D PDF format, and you can select a logo to be embedded in the PDF, but it does not detail the inclusion of specific shading like thermal imagery.

If you’re looking to include thermal data or specific shading in your 3D PDF, this might require additional steps or the use of third-party software that can handle thermal datasets and integrate them into the 3D visualization.
