Issues using the Mosaic Editor after Step 3

I have successfully ran step 3 and created a large tiff image. I can see this tiff image in the output folder and view it in my GNU Image Manipulator Program. However when I try to select the mosaic editor in Pix4d it is taking forever to load.

The loading orthomosaic step occurs pretty quick but it has been “loading dsm” for the past day now.

I am mainly just looking to export this as a georeferenced tiff that I can then use with AutoCAD so any help with that would be greatly appriceated.

Hello @adeitch, It would take time based on the size of the project. Can you upload the logfile so that we can look into it. Usually, this types of issue is related to the computer hardware/outdated driver is you have enough RAM to load the project. If you just using it to view, the alternative would be using software such as QGIS to load and view those files.
