Issue processing Altum PT imagery - no key points

I have one flight currently not processing from a set of 20 using the Altum-PT camera using PIX4D Mapper. Every time I try to process this one flight, it gives me a string of errors stating: Exception found trying to select keypoints: Keypoints to select or the number of input keypoints is 0. PIX4D will then run through the Initial Processing and crashes on camera calibration. The same setup has worked for every other flight we have processed. Is there an issue with the data?

The compressed log file is attached.

Hello @patrick.kozak, I see few things in the logfile which might be the reason for the issue. First, the images are not complete, meaning some images are missing for the capture. I would recommend removing those set of images in which individual bands are missing.
From the logfile, I can see the processing was still going on. Did the software crashed? If that is that case, I would also suggest you to make sure your graphic card is updated because it is mainly the cause for the failure.

Thirdly, PIX4Dmapper doesn’t utilize panchromatic bands so you can remove those bands to save processing time.

Kapil,

Thank you. I believe the missing imagery is the issue. It fails on the LWIR and Panchro when building the point cloud, so I will look at it from that angle.

Thank you,

Patrick
