iOS 10.3.1 Pix4D Mobile App issues

HI , since upgrading to iOS 10.3.1 on my iPad Pro the Mobile App ( 1.7.1 ) will not allow me to select either 3d double grid or 3d orbital mode . When I select 2d map etc it proceeds to the next screen but does not show the map or satellite background . When I select any 3d option the app freezes . My back up iPad works fine running iOS 10.2 . I suspect Apples transfer to a new filing system with the latest update seems to have caused these problems .

I was going to try reseting my iPad ( reluctantly ) with a fresh install of Pix4D to see if that resolves .

Has anybody else had this issue ?

Yes.  The app freezes up after the home screen appears and you can’t select any menu items at all.  No settings no mission planner nothing.

Hi @Paul and @Marc

Recently there were new updates for both iOS and Pix4Dcapture (1.7.2). Can you install the latest versions for both and let us know if you are still facing this issue.
