Internal DJI error . Impossible mapping

Hi guys,

today I tried to map an area using Pix4d Capture using a phantom 3 pro. Although the area was not red or yellow (it was green fly zone) the drone did not get up in flight and I could not make the mapping. He gave me an internal DJI error message.
The DJI firmware is the latest installed.
You could tell me what the problem is.
