Import Pix4d 3D model in Autocad

French !

Bonjour,

Merci d’avance

Hello,
I am a photogrammetry drone pilot, I would have a few questions to develop our system for installing photovoltaic panels.
Currently, roof plans were done manually, which led to errors and a concrete loss of time.
We tried the Pix4Dcapture software, and it perfectly suited our expectations.

My question is simple, after taking the software, is it possible to export in different files formats?
Currently, Autocad accepts DWG and DXF files

Thanks in advance

Hello nicolas,
PIX4Dmapper can export many files in DXF. This includes contours, 3D mesh, and any vectorized features such as points, lines, or polygons you create in the rayCloud. PIX4Dsurvey will also export the TIN as a LandXML file which can also be imported into AutoCAD.

Nicolas,

What output do you want to bring into CAD(ortho, pointcloud, etc)? Are you just using autocad, or are you using Civil3D?
