From here I could extract this information:
The App is not connected to the drone through Wi-Fi.
- Check that the Wi-Fi connection is activated from the device.
- Check that the range extender is turned on.
- Restart the App and the drone if you don’t find the problem.
From the screenshot, it seems that your “airplane mode” is active, preventing connecting the drone with the Wi-Fi (image below)
