From here I could extract this information:

Cause
The App is not connected to the drone through Wi-Fi.

Solutions

1. Check that the Wi-Fi connection is activated from the device.
2. Check that the range extender is turned on.
3. Restart the App and the drone if you don’t find the problem.

From the screenshot, it seems that your “airplane mode” is active, preventing connecting the drone with the Wi-Fi (image below)
