Camera Error in Mission Checklist Despite Normal Firmware and Camera Unit Message:

Hi everyone,
I’m encountering an issue before starting a drone mission. In the mission checklist, I get a “Camera Error” warning, even though:

  • The camera firmware is up-to-date
  • The camera unit appears to be functioning normally
  • The drone firmware is also updated
  • The camera model is recognized in the database
  • There is sufficient internal storage (36.63 GB free)

All other checklist items are marked as ready, and the drone is otherwise prepared for takeoff. However, due to the camera error, the “Fly mission” button remains disabled.

Has anyone experienced this issue before?
Are there any suggestions for troubleshooting or additional checks I can perform?

Are you referring to PIX4Dcapture Pro, right?
If “camera error” failed status appears, please restart both the drone and PIX4Dcapture Pro.
