Dear Remzi, sorry for an inconvenience.
Can you please try one of the following steps:
- Draw a meaningful region of interest around your project and generate DSM only again.
- Run it once more from scratch from Calibration processing step.
Hope it will be a fix for you, while our developers are looking at the cause of the issue.

i have started the project from scratch and while creating dense point cloud i chose 1/1 scale and it worked, thanks.
