Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

The error: Unknown error tile split logic error is related to GSD / DSM resolution /disk space, and above the part of the log file that you shared, we will probably notice that the resolution of the DSM is off by one pixel for example 32769x32768 instead of 32768x32768. This is something also on our side and I have already reported this issue to our development team and provided all the necessary information.

May I please ask you to do the following:

  • If possible trim some unnecessary side of the point cloud (in the edges for example) or use the Region of Interest
  • Modify the DSM resolution slightly. Set it as custom and increase the value by 0.1

Let us know how this goes.

Best regards,
Anastasis Spachos

Thanks for the help.

Started a new project and ran it with no problems
