Generate Calibration Failed

I have taken images from a DJI Mavic 3 and used GCPs and followed all the workflow videos and such, but no mater what settings I use the processing wont get past Generate Calibration. The project only has 48 photos so it shouldn’t be a size issue. Sometimes the failure read out says “An unexpected exception occurred” and sometimes it says “Internal error [CALIB-3]” or maybe “Calibration failed” but I don’t know what to do anymore. Any pointers?

Hi Kaira,
I looked at the logs and this might have to do with the quality of your dataset. For example, if the overlap between images is too low then the calibration could fail. Can you send over the quality report? Or, possibly attach some screenshots of the 2D and 3D views?

I can’t send a quality report because the the images won’t process. There is nothing to run a quality report on. That said, I know that the photos are 75% overlap to the side and 80% to the front.

Can you install the latest version 1.74 to see if it fixes the problem?
