Hi, Cristina. I have the same/similar problem. I’ve tried with what it’s said in several comments int his community but I still Cant figure out what the problem can be. Is there any way/chance I can send you the report I get from the process so you can give me a hand?

Hello @abdelmalek.temnani, I have replied to your request through ticket. The issue might be related to the processing option and the oblique images. If you have oblique images, use the Standard Calibration process in place of the Alternative Calibration process.
For any issue, related to the thermal cameras, I would highly suggest you go through the troubleshooting steps explained in the below support article. If you correctly follow all the steps, you will be able to solve most of the issues.

As you told me by email I tried with Standard Calibration Method en “Calibratrion” tag in the step 1 in “Processing options”, It seems that that helped with some errors, but I still Can´t have a Succesfully process, I still get some errors
([Error]: Exception found trying to select keypoints: Input keypoints are empty
[Error]: Load point cloud: not enough tracks! and some other erros 
)
I’ll keep trying with some suggestions in the link you provided and from internet and I hope nex days I can let you know how it went!!

Hello @abdelmalek.temnani, Make sure that you have verified the camera parameter, quality of the images, image overlap, and so on. If that doesn’t help, send me the quality report, .p4d, and raw images in the personal ticket so that I can look into it.
