I can’t find any way to select specific photos and export them or to delete unwanted photos or even select a specific part of my point cloud and open the containing folder with the selected photos (just those related to the selected part of the point cloud)

Unfortunately PIX4Dmapper does not have an automated way of exporting the images associated with a specific point. You will need to use the rayCloud editor to identify the images when you click on a point and manually note them. You cannot export those photos.
