Disable multiple cameras in raycloud (using shift or control)

when dealing with many images it would be nice to be able to select multiple images at one time and delete all.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for your feedback.

Currently, it is only possible to select the images in the rayCloud and disable them one by one or to Disable them from the Image Properties Editor.
We understand though that it would be easier if multiple images could be selected and disabled in the rayCloud. Thus, I will register your suggestion in order to be taken into account in the future.

Regards,

Agreed! Selecting multiple images at a time would save tedious work, and everybody loves less clicking.

Thanks!

Has there been any progress on this, Antigoni? This would make my life a whole lot easier on the project I’m working on.

Hi Larry,

There has been not progress on this and there will not be any for Pix4Dmapper 4.4.
Sorry about that.
Good luck with your project.

Best

Hi all,

I’m using PIX4D since november 2013, and every year I ask the support for adding some CTRL and SHIFT multiple selection : cameras, objects etc… It’s so basic ! Every software, and OS use that very simple commands. Why not PIX4D ? I can’t understand

Best regards

Loïc

Dear Francois,

Thank you for the feedback, I totally agree with you. I understand the importance of this function and it makes a lot of sense. For speedy processing, we also have some automatic equivalents of Pix4Dmapper, such as the command-line tool (https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202560329-How-to-use-the-command-line) and the Pix4Dengine Software Development Kit (https://www.pix4d.com/product/pix4dengine). However, some basic programming and batch processing skills are required.

In the meantime, please follow our technical release notes for the latest improvements and bug fixes in the software:
