Files not generated during 1. Initial Processing for merged project

I am wondering why these files are not being generated during 1. Initial Processing and how to correct this.

_wkt.prj

_tp_pix4d.txt

_pix4d_calibrated_internal_camera_parameters.cam

_calibrated_camera_parameters.txt

Check that the option > Export > Camera Internals and Externals, AAT, BBA is selected in the Processing options window, as you can see below:
