I’m running into a bit of a pepper here. I have this computer where Pix4dmapper is installed. Whenever I try to open a project by double-clicking on it, I have this pop-up window saying that “the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”.
It points to an installation package saved in a user folder from a colleague that is not on the computer nor has worked here for 2 years now. The license were originally purchased under his name but that’s it. The funny thing is that if I open the software and THEN open a project, there is no issue.
So I wanted to un/reinstall the software but I still get the same feature network unavailable error??
I have tried changing the path but I still get an error message. It’s weird though because it’s looking for an installation package…
So basically, I can’t uninstall the software. Can someone help me?
