When it comes time to upload the images of the missions that I plan on grid by Pix4D Capture it happens that 4 photos of each project disappear, can you tell me what may be happening?

So far, the behavior you are describing has not been reported to us.
I would have several questions about what you are experiencing:
What drone are you using?
Are you updated with the latest versions of Pix4dcapture and drone firmware?
What do you mean by “4 photos of each project disappear”? Are they uploaded to Clouds but you can not find them afterwards?
Is there any error/warning coming when the issue occurs?
