Why do not you upload the *.log file that has been generated during the processing?

It contains many information that are useful for us that are not shown in the sample you sent.

Full Log file is ~29,046KB max upload size is ~4KB. If you need the full file, please provide an alternate upload option.

No, it’s OK. We don’t need the full log. We found all information we need in it.
Could you please do a test and slightly reduce the RAM cores and run Step 3 again?

That’s actually what I had done already. But I am on a new PC now, so cannot retest at the moment.
We did get what was needed (point cloud) the ortho was just a bonus.

OK, thank you for the information.
So I will add just a note. The second step to solve this problem would be unselecting the Merge Tiles option and verifying if the process finishes successfully. If yes, that would indicate an issue with RAM.
