Under the heading download images, and the picture of the drone, reads
“?Images” have been downloaded and when I select “upload images” and it changes from “uploading in process” to error during the processing request, please try again ". This is the second project I’ve tried to upload with the same effects.
The download failed probably because the images were not found on the SD card. Then if the images were not copied to the device, they cannot be uploaded to the cloud.

We believe reformating the SD card using DJI GO (4) will help.
