DTM report issue

Hi.
Using Trimble UX5 Drone I have done a survey on site and processed it with Pix4DMapper. I only used GCPs and no geotags on photos to do the georeferencing.
As you can see in the report there is an area that looks to me like mismatching pixels. Comparing our GPS control points to DTM I have 10 to 40 cm differences.

What do you think might be the reason for it?
