Hi,

The Mavic 3E has a mechanical shutter so it can fly faster than other drones without necessarily introducing the rolling shutter effect.
I have gone up to 20 mph with still good results.
Other things to think of:
I would not have Dewarp on. The software uses the non-corrected images perfectly fine.
Do not use all nadir images or you will have a vertical shift. Use nadir with altitude optimization or use one of the oblique settings such as Smart Oblique, the 5 flight line oblique or make an oblique double grid by using the nadir flight, but turn on camera oblique (I like 60 degrees down from straight forward) and then fly a grid, then change the orientation 90 degrees and rerun the grid.
As for height, the height affects you GSD and that is project specific. The lower you fly the lower your GSD and the higher resolution your map is. But when flying low you will have more images, longer processing time and may run into stitching problems if the area is homogeneous.
In terms of what is right for your project, remember your map cannot be more accurate than your GSD. So if you need to measure things and have let’s say 3 cm accuracy, then your GSD should be lower than that.
