I have been experimenting some problems while I try to download a project (pictures) to the mobile device. The downloading process starts normally, but after a while the process gets very slow and then crashes, and the message “Download Failed” appears. I can try to download again but the process crash again after 4-5 pictures have been downloaded. The problem is that is taking me hours to download a single mission. I had uninstalled and installed again the latest version of Pix4D Capture in an Android device, also, I have updated the DJI Go 4 app. Also I have updated the latest firmware of my Mavic Pro.
Any idea what can be the problem? and how to solve it?
