Hello I am in the field with poor internet connextion. Normally I am using Sandisk and IXpand drive to copy the project on my computer but pix4d app close before the exportation of the project. And it’s not a problem of space in the phone or number of pictures by projects.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the export of projects from PIX4Dcatch. It seems you are also in direct contact with one of our trainers.
It looks like Sandisk ended support for the iXpand Drive App on April 30, 2025:
We are checking if there is any other workaround we can suggest.
What kind of computer do you have? If you have a macOS device, you can use AirDrop.
