There is no option to add a design overlay. Did the add overlay tool move? Where to?
It was because my account had expired. Renewed and working as expected now.

I’m having this same issue but my account is up to date and valid. I’ve got this option on other maps but not the most recent one I’ve created and need to send to a client. Any thoughts or help?

Please note that this functionality is only available when the dataset is assigned to a site. You can manually assign the dataset to a site by following these instructions:
