My old computer has died so I am unable to log out of my license seat in order to start using my new computer!! I have a perpetual license, I have tried to send a couple of business critical emails to support but have yet to receive a response?? What is the best way to get logged out with the old, dead computer?

you can try to access to PIX4Dcloud, and check if you are able to use the Remote device deactivation button:
If you cannot see it, I think you will need to contact Support, and mark “Critical” to Business Impact.

You need to be able to access the dead conputer for it to work unfortunatly.
I have since had a response from tech support and they deactivated it for me so all sorted now
