According to the support pages, Pix4Dcapture v4.5 can be installed on CrystalSky, and in fact I was able to do this. However, the drone being used is the Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual and that drone does not appear on the list of supported drones. I have not been able to find any information about how to get this to work and it’s very surprising that a very popular drone for enterprise and SAR, like the M2ED, isn’t compatible.
Is there a way to get this to work? Our organization is paying for the monthly usage but if we can’t get our drones to operate with this software then it doesn’t make sense to keep the subscription.
