creating Orthomosaic with less 3D artifacts and overlap

I am looking at images of tall trees, so I’d minimize off-nadir images of trees while removing the artifacts from the 3D model and overlap.
I’d like to minimize the off-nadir views of trees. Maybe clipping out the center of each image so that there is minimal or zero overlap and simply stitching them together.

May I ask what are you trying to achieve and what the issue exactly is?
Have you tried to process the images in PIX4Dmapper?
Do you have any screenshots of the issue?
