Corrupted TIFF

I processed a file to generate an orthomosaic image however when I try to view it, windows media player states that “it appears to be damaged, corrupted, or too large.”

ADOBE and CIVIL 3D also do not accept the TIFF file.

I believe my image is getting corrupted but I am not sure why. There were no errors during processing.

NVM, I got the file to work, but now I have new problems.
