When I load GCPs to Pix4D Mapper, they are coming in an order as supplied in CSV file. I often load around 20-100 points and it is difficult to find them in the list. It would be good if there would be an option to sort them in alphabetical order.

If the GCPs are given a consistent label (e.g. a number from 1 to 100), they will be arranged alphabetically. If you take a look at the GCP/MTP Manager, the labels are sorted ascending:

If this is not the case in your csv, a re-labeling can be achieved in the GCP/MTP Manager, because the labels are editable.
