Constantly losing RTK-Fixed

I use the Pix4Dcatch app in combination with the viDoc. We use SAPOS as the correction data service. SAPOS is the standard correction data service in germany. We experience the constant lose of rtk fixed (even under good condition = clear sky and good internet connection). We can instantly solve that problem by restarting the app. Sometimes the problem occures after 15min of scanning, sometimes after 5min.There seems to be no consistency.

I talked to SAPOS and they provided the log data for me and told me that the following problem is occuring with the catch+vidoc system:
“A forced separation of those Ntrip clients (rovers) will be introduced for which the Ntrip
Caster no longer receives NMEA 0183 – GGA data sets over a period of 60 seconds
receives.”

I tried different smartphones, vidocs and pix4dcatch versions and always had the same problem. We asked SAPOS if they can deactivate the forced disconnection after 60 seconds, but that is not possible.

Could you please help us fixing that problem.

is there an Update to this Issue? We and our customers still facing that problem on a daily base.

Currently, we don’t have a solution for the issue with the Pix4Dcatch app and viDoc system disconnecting from SAPOS. We’re aware of the problem and are actively investigating it. We appreciate your patience and will update you as soon as we have more information.
