Hello,
If you cannot connect to the drone it could be for the following reasons:
- The DJI Go app is running in the background. Make sure to properly close the DJI app before using the Capture App, swipe it away in the running. We have noticed some issues with our app when the DJI app is running in the background.
- The app did not get the SDK token. When you launch the app from the first time and from time to time, the app needs to connect to the internet to get the DJI SDK token. Once the token is activated, it is not needed to have internet access to use the app.
Note that we have released a new version of the app, version 2.0.4. Make sure to try it with the latest DJI firmware.
