We are new to using this product and wonder what may have went wrong.
We finished the fly over using a DJI drone and landed but the software stated we were still flying. It never completed and never syncd the images. We were forced to abort the mission and all the images were lost.
First mission which was much smaller worked perfectly. The second one never finished.
Did you use our app from the time you reported the issue? Are you still facing difficulties?
We are not sure if you are using DJI Phantom 4 Pro or DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus drone. Phantom 4 Pro+ is not supported on Android and iOS Pix4Dcapture and is not expected to work at the moment. More here: 203991609
If the synchronization failed there is for now no other option but to extract the images from the SD card of the drone and create a new project. For more information: 204911905
