Compare Volume csv reports

I am currently trialing Pix4dClou Advanced. I have two Datasets for a site and am using the compare volumes function. A csv file report is then emailed to me.

The file comes up with N/A for all volumes. Is this because I’m using the trial mode? Also, the unit are displayed as “(m³)” - should this not just be “m³” ?

Hi Sam,

Welcome to Pix4D Community.

The file comes up with N/A for all volumes. Is this because I’m using the trial mode?

No, this isn’t the reason, even if you have a trial license it should work. My gut reaction is the issue is coming from the fact some of the project(s) are having issues with the DSM. Please make sure that all the DSM are well generated. I am not sure which steps you are following for comparing the volume but you could get more information about this matter in the following support article: Compare volumes - PIX4Dcloud Advanced

Also, the unit are displayed as “(m³)” - should this not just be “m³” ?

m³ is also a way to say m³. In any case, PIX4Dcloud supports m³ (metric), ft³ (Imperial) and US ft³ (US imperial).

I hope this information was useful for you.

Have a very nice day.

Best regards
