Calculate volume Pix4dCloud

Hi,

We import a orthomosaic, DSM and point cloud in a project on our pix4dcloud.

But when we go to “calculate volume” , pix4dcloud won’t calculate the volume. It give’s no warning but stays in a loop.

What should be the problem ?

Was the DSM opened/edited in other third-party sofware after generating it in Pix4Dmapper?

Hi I’m experiencing a similar issue, I processed the data in Pix4D matic, uploaded my DSM and 3D Mesh. Volume Calc does the same thing the original post described. I have tried reloading cloud and still get the same results.

What browser are you using? Perhaps try a different one. And try clearing your cache/browsing history.
