Hello, I am new to Pix4d. Whenever i try to contact support I get a HTTP 304 error. I am trying to find out why my version of Pix4d does not allow volumes. The widget is grey and when i hover over it, it reads “Point Cloud and DSM are required to Perform Volume Measurement”. Can anyone help?

Have you gone to support.pix4d.com? You should be able to access our support team there.
In order to perform a volume calculation you will need to run steps 2 and 3. Step two will generate the point cloud and step 3 will generate the DSM. Once this has finished then you should be able to perform a volume calculation.
