A new type of annotation has been added which allows drawing a circle.
Just select it, click on any point to select the center and drag the mouse to define the radius.
The right panel will show radius, 2D area and coordinates of the center point.
It allows to visualize the surface covered by a crane, to plan crane locations but also to quickly know which objects are within a certain distance from a given point.
The circle annotation is available both in 2D and 3D.
The center point and the radius can be edited by typing the coordinates or just by dragging them in the editor.
