Hi, has anyone had issues with Pix4Dcatch crashing when you enter the NTRIP details and click the validate button?
If you have can you tell me how you got around it as it is frustrating me.
I know the IP address, username, password and port are correct, as I use them on my Emlid RS2+ and they work fine.
But for some reason when I enter them in the settings on Catch and I wait for it to validate, it goes and does the whole ‘thinking circle thing’ and then suddenly after a minute or so the whole app crashes and I have to open it up and start again only for it to happen again and again and again.
Surely I can’t be the only one this is happening to?
I did a screen recording to show what is happening, which I was going to upload to here so you can see what I mean, but I just saw I can’t add videos to this forum, so you will just have to take my word that it is happening

The team will help you to fix this problem, if you can upload the video to youtube in private we can check it if not our colleagues from the support team can create a cloud folder for you to upload the video.
After we find a solution we will post it here.

Hi Ben,
I’m having the exact same issue - trying to connect Pix4DCatch to AusCORS - it just gets stuck on “retrieving mountpoints” and doesn’t progress any further.
Would you mind sharing what the solution was please?

Thanks for your reply but I am trying to get set up with a demo licence. I did submit a support ticket earlier today but received an automated email saying that support wasn’t available without a paid licence…

What is the issue are you facing with the trial account?
To obtain a trial license you need to go to the Apple Store and download the application. You can find more information here.
