Are you connected to Ctrl+Plugin? You have to install Ctrl + Plugin depending on the drone you use. It is mandatory to install this plugin. If that is not the case, I would suggest you go through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps as it will solve most of the issues that can be encountered if properly followed.
