Can not access the trial version of pix4d with different computer


I just made an account of pix4d and downloaded the pix4d in the morning. Then, I was able to access the trial version of it. In the afternoon, I plan to use different computer but I couldn’t access the trial version with my old account even though there was supposed to be 12 days left. And then, I still couldn’t able to access it in my old computer with the same account.

Could you please help me…

Unfortunately, we can offer a trial license for our Pix4D products for a limited time and we have been notified that you have requested multiple trial licenses using other Pix4D accounts in the past.

We understand that you would like to learn more, so we ask you to consider taking advantage of Pix4Ddiscovery or a 30-day rental to one of our products. Please keep in mind that each Pix4D license is a floating license, which allows you to activate Pix4D desktop application on as many devices as the number of seats included with your license.
