Error e0706h no me permite abrir mi version de prueba de 15 dias

 Buenas tardes no me permite abrir la version de prueba del pix4d mapper, me aparece este mensaje 

Error e0706h: Could not acquire the license. Contact support

Me aparece que tengo 15 dias de prueba gratis pero luego que lo cierro ya no me aparece esto. Le agradecería su ayuda. Saludos

buenos días también me aparece el minsmo mensaje de erroe como podrian ayudarme

Hola,

No hay problema en tener licencias de prueba durante un tiempo limitado.

En este caso, lo que ocurre es que hemos sido notificados que se han solicitado múltiples licencias a través de diferentes cuentas en el pasado y de ahí el error que están obteniendo.
