Trying to use the PIX4D React trial for the first time. Even after linking to the custom camera file I received from the manufacturer, it keeps giving me the same error that my camera is not supported.

Contact the Customer Support, providing the dataset you would like to process. We will try to create a custom camera parameter file for the camera model.
