Hello Ajay,
It is possible to calibrate the images manually, but this is a time consuming process and it is not indicated when there are many uncalibrated images. For instructions you can check here.
In such cases it is preferable to try to find the reason that the images are not getting calibrated. Maybe the problem is the terrain type in this part of the project area.
