Hello, I have a set of terrestrial images of a structure taken from consumer grade camera. I tried to process them in pix4d mapper but only half of them were calibrated while the other half remained uncalibrated. Would anybody here please tell me how to manually select tie points calibrate these images.

Try creating manual tie points and linking the uncalibrated images to the calibrated images using these.

However, if half of your images are not calibrated, there might be another underlying issue. For example, it could be that the overlap is not sufficient. If taking pictures in a circular fashion around the object, we recommend taking pictures every 5-10 degrees, for example.
