Having trouble processing a job, not too large 1,300 photos. The Calibration process keeps getting stalled during the Calibration sequence. log file is to big to attach. Any help is much apricated. Thank You!
It’s normal that it takes more time, sometimes the progress report is not as granular or smooth as the other steps, but as long as it runs it’s doing something. How long have you been waiting and what kind of machine do you have?
We have the Alienware R16 Gaming Desktop with Air cooling and liquid cooling Dell USA and have waited a few hours. Keeps stalling at 28%.
