Bought a Pix4d Fields License and cannot log in into Pix4d Mapper Desktop

Hello, I was wrong to buy the license. I thought that buying the license of Pix4d fields was going to be able to use the Pix4d mapper desktop, but I see that it is not like that.

 

I hope you can help me with this mistake. Thank you.

A few months ago I bought a license of pix4d fields and had access to Pix4d mapper desktop.
Has there been any change in that? Do you have to buy the 2 licenses separately?

Hi,

Pix4Dfileds and Pix4Dmapper are two different installations. Thus if you have a Piux4Dfields license you cannot use Pix4Dmapper and vice-versa. 

If you want to access both, you will need to buy both the software separately. You can contact sales and they might be able to help you with the wrong licensing.
