black screen before choosing a template- processing options template

I cannot start the process because the screen becomes black when I get to processing options template.

Why is this?

This could be related to the hardware of your computer.

Please post the hardware specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, and hard drive) of your machine. If possible also the driver versions of the GPU. 

Also, what is the size of the project in number of images and resolution (e.g. 12MP)?

I am having this same issue on one machine and not another…

The machine I’m having an issue with is:

Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 0 @ 2.00 GHz

NVIDIA Quadro K2000 Driver version: 10.18.13.5492

128 GB ram

Running Window Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

 

Project: 

~1600 images from Parrot Sequoia

I would install those drivers: http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/123915/en-us

Also, please make sure you have the GPU settings set as described in that article: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/218195063
