Black screen before choosing a template- processing options template - Usual computer...

Hi all,

I am using the same computer that I have done dozens of projects  in the past, most of it much bigger than the one I am trying now that has only has 543 sq. meters and only 125 pictures and I have more 

But now for some odd reason i cannot pass the "processing options template"  window when trying to start a new project" as the window stays black even if a wait for an hour…(pic1)

To make things even weirder, if I just open the program  and try to click in help and about, the window also stay locked in a black screen! Even without starting any project!!! the help window!!! (pic2)

 

Can anyone please help me to understand what might be going on and how to fix it ASAP???

 

details: My Pix4d desktop  is V4.1.22 perpetual license, and I am using the same machine as usual (i7 16gb RAM NDVI…), and I have 80 GB of  free space…but it has been a couple of months (3+) since I last used this machine for pix4d as tend to use it at my workplace desktop &  their license nowadays…and apart from my MSoffice license having expired nothing has been changed…

Can anyone please help me to understand what might be going on and how to fix it ASAP???

Hi,

This errors is usually related to the Graphic Card.

Please make sure you update the graphic card drivers (from the webpage of your graphic card instead of the Device Manager) and restart the PC.

Ensure that the drivers support  OpenGL 3.2. For more information about how to verify that the drivers support  OpenGL 3.2 :
