@ Antonio: Do you refer to the position of the images on the Map View? It seems that each odd line but the first one is missing an image. So, the first odd line has 6 images, but the second, the third and the fourth have 5. The fact that all the missing images are in the same direction may be due to the orientation and the strength of the wind.
Pix4Dmapper Capture App sends the waypoints to the drone before the Mission begins. But, the command for the images to be captured is sent during the flight. Then, the App expects the response by the drone that the image is captured to send the new command. So, it might be that the direction of the wind made the drone fly faster on the odd lines and the command for the capture of the images did not have enough time to reach the drone for 6 images.
In any case, this should not affect the reconstruction, since the overlap is high. In general, we would recommend you to include in the mission areas bigger than the area of interest to ensure that the overlap will be enough for the area of interest.

@Stephane: Indeed, there was an access denial issue, but now you should be able to download the latest 2.0.100 version of Pix4Dmapper OS X.
Best regards,
@Pix4D Support
May be.
Where I can find and download the 2.0.100 version of Pix4DMapper OSX?
Best regards.
P.S: ok solved: the link is the one in the first page of this topic!
@Pix4D Support
Unfortunately the satellite background is still defragmented.
Would you kindly explain the change log?
Best regards.
As soon as possible, of course.

@ All: The Map View issue is not solved in version 2.0.100. We will keep you posted on any updates on this issue.
@ John: Could you please give us more details on the crash? At which step of processing did it happen?
Could you also send us the following so as to report the issue to the developers:

Will this Mac run the Mapper software? I have the Capture software and it runs well on my iPhone 6+ and my missions do show up in iTunes and are downloadable.
@ Larry: Based on the hardware specs of your device, you should be able to use Pix4Dmapper OS X. However, we have not tested in 2013 devices and we do not support them officially. You can find more information on the supported devices on the top of this Forum post.
Could you please send us the following in order to report the issue:
Best regards,
I’m very glad to have an OS X version of Pix4Dmapper. I’m keen to know when there will be a command line interface for it, like the one on the Windows version.
@Pix4D Support. I’ve merged two project, with different views, distance above ground level and fly but a common area of overlap, into one.
This is the screenshot of the result:
Well, what i did wrong? Because I see two different ground in the 3D view.
@ Daryl: We are also happy to launch the OS X version for the Apple fans!
It is possible to use the command line as in Windows version.
@ Antonio: Have you marked common manual tie points in the common area of the two projects? You should mark at least 3 common manual tie points on each sub project and reoptimize it. It is recommended to mark at least 5 MTPs well distributed in the common area.
These MTPs should share the same name in both sub projects.

hi, I can’t open pix4D mapper.dmg link, I’m in china, can u tell me why? thanks!
Hello Wang,
There should not be any problem with the link in China. Our Chinese colleagues had tested it and it works fine.
In any case you can contact the China office to further assist you: china.sales@pix4d.com.
Best regards,
Pix4d works with this setup. Every once in a while when shutting down Pix4d I get an error. When it happens again I will snapshot it and post
Why you don’t alert us of the existence of a new version in the first page? I’ve worked with 2.0.100 and only today night I discovered that the new 2.0.104 exists. Don’t forget that we are texting a beta version for OSX and we have been disposable to do this, with all risks connected, so I think that we are eligible for a better consideration. Best regards.
P.S.: a change log of new version is obviously welcome
Dear Antonio,
It is true that we did not notify the OS X or the Windows users for this updates, because the changes between versions 2.0.100 and 2.0.104 were minor. Please note that all users with versions previous to 2.0.100 should have received a notification about the 2.0.104 update.
Best regards,
Just to drop a note: Mapper is also running on iMac, latest OSX and 64 GB RAM.
However, the map-view is ugly, still
I wonder whether buying an Android mobile phone would be worth getting my Inspire pro with Samsung lens running and take pics automatically for aerial mapping?!
Or months to wait ?! Would Looove to purchase the pix4D software but if the support is not following up for the “DJI pro” models, very sad
I’ve upgraded System (now is 10.11.3) and ssd memory (now is 1TB) and now my Mac Pro is this: I haven’t tested Pix4D Map Explorer with this new configuration.
But I should like to open the application without seeing a defragmented map!
